Terms of service
[WORK PROCESS]
• I will send you the stages of the work and inform you about any issues or difficulties in the work
• You can make minor edits during the work[DATES]
• Deadline: 1 month from the date of payment (after the thumbnails or sketch)[PAYMENT]
• Prepayment of 50% of the full price after receiving the thumbnails
• Payment by Sberbank or Boosty[REFUNDS]
• The refund will be 50% of the first payment (thumbnail payment) in case the deadlines are overdue
• If the Boosty service is used for payment (which charges 10% commission on payment + the difference when converting currencies), so a refund is only possible in the format of 70-80% of the 50% from first payment
• Refunds of the second final payment is not provided[PUBLICATION]
• All works will be published as part of a portfolio
• The process of creating the work may be recorded and uploaded to my Boosty
• Watermark is optional; all work will be processed through Glaze to protect against AI reproduction
• The author's signature will be discreetly included on the work
